How To Get In Touch With Us

As a DentalScapes client, odds are you've interacted with several members of our team with different aspects of your campaign.

To make your experience as seamless as possible when you need help, here are the different ways you can get in touch with our team.

Support Requests

Need a new doc added to your site, update content on a service you offer, or any other changes to your site? The best way is to send an email to hello@dentalscapes.com with details of your request. Having the request in writing makes sure there's no confusion around what needs done.

Account Requests

Have a question about your billing or high-level campaign strategy question in general? You can email those to hello@dentalscapes.com, or email your Client Success Manager directly. Keep in mind, when emailing individuals, sometimes people are out of the office or not in front of email and replies may be slower than emailing our central hello@dentalscapes.com email address.

Any time you'd like to review your campaign results, you can access the Client Portal at results.dentalscapes.com. From inside the portal, you can fully search our Knowledge Base via the icon at the bottom right of your screen, or ask our team a question and we'll get back to you ASAP!
